REFUND POLICY

RETURNS

If you are not completely satisfied with your order, we’ll gladly accept a return request within 7 days of receiving your order.
Please note that earrings are excluded for hygiene reasons.

All returned items must be unworn, unused, and in their original packaging. Returns that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted.
Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 3–5 business days.

Please email hello@thehopebrand.co to request a return, including your order number and the reason for return.

EXCHANGES

To exchange an item, please follow the same process above and place a new order for your preferred piece.
Customers are responsible for the return shipping cost, however, replacement items will be sent out free of charge once your return is approved.

WHAT IS THE PROCESS FOR RETURNS AND EXCHANGES?

  1. Email hello@thehopebrand.co to receive return/exchange instructions.
  2. Repack your items in their original packaging, exactly as received.
  3. Ship your return using a trackable courier of your choice.

Please note that we recommend keeping a copy of your tracking number as THE HOPEBRAND is not responsible for lost return parcels.

WHO PAYS FOR SHIPPING RETURNS?

For all change-of-mind returns or exchanges, the customer is responsible for return shipping fees.
However, THE HOPEBRAND will send out your replacement item free of charge once the return is received and verified.

If the product is damaged or defective upon arrival, please email hello@thehopebrand.co within 48 hours with clear photos of the issue, and we’ll arrange a prompt replacement.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO GET A REFUND?

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, please allow 3–5 business days for your refund to be processed back to your original payment method.
Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
