PRICING

All prices on this website are listed in Nigerian Naira (NGN). Prices may change from time to time without prior notice, but any changes will not affect orders that have already been placed and confirmed.

If you are viewing our products from outside Nigeria, your bank or payment provider may apply their own exchange rate and fees. These extra costs are your responsibility.


ORDERS & DELIVERY

Our business is based in Benin City, Edo State, Nigeria. During academic sessions, many orders will be dispatched from Agbor, Delta State, Nigeria.

We generally require 1–3 business days for production and processing before dispatch. This time can be longer during busy periods, public holidays, or if an item is made to order.

Estimated delivery time within Benin City and the rest of Nigeria is usually 3–5 business days after dispatch, depending on the courier and your exact location. These timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays caused by couriers, public holidays, or circumstances outside our control are not our responsibility, but we will always do our best to support you if something goes wrong.

An order is considered confirmed once full payment has been received and you receive an order confirmation email.


RETURNS & REFUND

We want you to be happy with your jewelry.

Change-of-mind returns: We accept returns for change of mind within 7 days of the delivery date. Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging. For hygiene reasons, we may refuse returns on items that appear worn, altered, or damaged after delivery.

How refunds are given: For approved returns, we may offer a replacement item or store credit. Cash refunds are not guaranteed and are determined at our discretion.

How to start a return: Please contact us at hello@thehopebrand.co with your order number, clear photos (if there is a problem), and a short description. Customers are generally responsible for the cost of returning items unless the product is confirmed to be faulty.


DEFECTIVE GOODS

We carefully check our pieces before shipping, but if your order arrives damaged or with a clear manufacturing defect, please contact us within 3 days of delivery.

Email hello@thehopebrand.co with your order number, photos of the item and packaging, and a brief explanation of the issue. Once we confirm the problem, we may offer a repair, replacement, or store credit, depending on stock availability and the nature of the defect.

Damage caused by improper care, accidental damage, exposure to chemicals or water, or normal wear and tear is not considered a manufacturing fault.
